General information

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping (AUSTRIA)

On all orders placed in AUSTRIA, we charge a Flat Rate of € 10,–

Shipping in the EU

On all orders placed within the EU we charge a Flat Rate of € 20,–

International Shipping (NON-EUROPE)

We do International Shipping ONLY by previous Email contact!

Please feel free to ask and we will supply you with the shipping charges and further information.

Also please note that we only accept BANK REMITTANCE in advance on International shipments  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Don´t Be Long is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

NO RETURNS ON SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE EU!

Due to Customs regulations ( Duty + Taxes) we can not accept any Returns for shipments outside the European Community.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dont-be-long.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
